Every other ad on TV is now about cancer medications and tbh a lot of articles are now about the toxic stuff that intentionally or unintentionally (pesticides on fruits and veggies) that find their way into our bodies - it is scary but then again the advice you offer is great - try to live a healthy life and hope for the best 💚
