Dang - nice marketing move I was at my local Costco today - not only was it mobbed but the food court was doing a roaring business as well - Yana Bostongirl

Cookies unsold at the food court could always be packaged. Leftover ingredients or extra materials from baking in the back could be used in the front for creating cookies.
