I too have wondered why some folks who haven't written anything have followers but I'm guessing that's why Medium started taking out the spam followers a couple of days back. I lost 8 followers within an hour or so of having my latest article published and since I wasn't aware then what was happening, I was like my latest article is that bad huh??
