Come to my city where the rent prices are atrocious and ppl get priced out everyday because of that - I kid you not but when a house goes for sale they can still put a random (outrageous) number and for some reason there are multiple bid and it usually goes for far more than the random (outrageous) sale price 🤷‍♀️
