Can you believe I had such a moment today - I took a 20 minute nap and I woke up refreshed....I am not shy to admit that I cry - when stressed, sad or even happy - it's a good way of cleansing the body/mind of emotions imo and as you said you feel lighter after letting go of all that 💙
