As a woman from a patriarchial culture, boundaries is something that is not taught to us and sometimes do not have a choice I had to learn how to set them in order to protect myself and mental health

I am respectful and polite - I expect the same - if not I remove myself from that situation or I say so - but you know, you can't change anyone except yourself so there is also that point to consider
