Agree. It is also a journey which is not always pleasant but so essential if we want to grow.

It was definitely woken up my mind and I realize that it was THAT IMPORTANT to know ourselves, to love myself. Everything runs smoothly after I try to know myself better and accept who I am just the way I am.
