A lot of what you said resonated with me - in my case, mental health is taboo in my culture so there is added pressure from that to not talk about it
Even if I did, I doubt anybody would understand - not just that, ppl will be quick to minimize or tell stories about others who have it worse
That's possibly the worst you can do in such a situation
Thank goodness I have a support group and therapy
I think you made a great suggestion - reaching out to a friend in need is a mark of a friend indeed - just letting that person know they are in your thoughts does make a difference 💙
