Seriously, I have a neighbor just like the lady in your story - however it is not her being mean or anything like that - it's just that she makes a mountain out of a molehill -if a kid walks on her lawn she takes offence - if the neighbors are too loud she's the first to call the authorities - perhaps they didn't enjoy a carefree childhood or forgot how it was like?
