I have tremoudous respect for you my friend - back in the day, I doubt there were many options (if any) for formula or even milk for that matter especially in the small towns where we lived in Africa but yes, my mom certainly made do - she is like you, a nurse who combines science with knowledge handed down as far as nutrition is concerned 😊💚
