I am both appalled at these staggering numbers and the fact that it does not act as a deterrent

I have seen a few suspicious types and the funny thing is they grow overnight with the most obvious content & titles and the next day, they're gone - the day after they might be back under a diff name - and the cycle repeats itself - they don't seem to care
